1. Choose your server
Compare the CPU, RAM, storage, network limits and price of each VPS plan. Choose a server location for your workload, then open the configurator. A location page carries both your selected plan and location into the order.
Create an account and verify your email. The configurator shows compatible operating systems and available billing periods. Add your billing address and check the final total, VAT, setup fee and any selected extras before confirming.
2. Prepare SSH access
Choose an SSH public key from your account or supply a root password when configuring the server. Add only the public key to your account; keep its private key on your own device. Use the matching private key in your SSH client after the server is provisioned.
Find the assigned IP address on your server page. Connect as root using the authentication
method
selected in your order. Verify the server identity before trusting a new SSH host key. A rebuild can
change that identity.
If SSH is unavailable, use the browser console to inspect the operating system and network configuration. Console access is an interactive recovery tool; it does not replace your SSH credentials or backups.
3. Follow your order through provisioning
Review the service terms and confirm your order. Follow the invoice payment instructions; wallet auto-pay can settle eligible invoices when enabled and funded. An accepted order or paid invoice is not proof that a VPS is ready.
Provisioning follows confirmed payment and resource allocation. Check the order and server status in the control panel. Capacity and IP addresses are allocated during provisioning; viewing a plan or placing an order does not reserve them.
If provisioning fails or remains pending, contact support with the order reference before placing another order.
4. Manage and protect your VPS
Use your server page for power controls, console access and available metrics. Wait for an operation to finish before sending another. A hard stop can interrupt writes; shut down the operating system gracefully when possible.
A rebuild replaces the operating system and erases existing server data. Deletion permanently removes the VPS and its snapshots. Keep independent backups and verify them before either action.
You manage the Linux operating system, application installation, updates and security. Plan resources around your workload and monitor usage. Snapshots are not a substitute for independent backups.
