Responsible use
Use Geeky Digital Cloud only where you have authority to operate the workload, process its data and access the systems involved. Keep guest software patched, control access to exposed services and investigate credible abuse reports about your service. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorised access, credential theft, phishing, malware distribution, botnet operation or denial-of-service attacks.
- Spam, deceptive bulk messaging and evasion of configured network restrictions.
- Unlawful content or conduct, exploitation, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Circumventing account limits, payment controls or service isolation, or interfering with other customers and infrastructure.
Authorised security research must stay within your permission and must not harm other systems or customers. The policy does not impose an unstated blanket ban on otherwise lawful categories of software; a workload must still comply with the rules above and the resources and restrictions disclosed in its order.
Resources and networking
A port speed describes an interface link. The purchased bandwidth cap limits throughput and, for new allocations, is shared equally across the configured network interfaces. Unmetered monthly transfer does not remove that throughput limit. Your order identifies the applicable resources and extras. We will not enforce an undisclosed monthly transfer allowance as though it had been part of an unmetered offer.
Where activity demonstrably disrupts service or threatens other users, we may limit the affected traffic or suspend the affected service while investigating. Measures should address the identified issue; ordinary use within the purchased resources is not by itself an abuse violation.
Reports and investigation
Send abuse reports to abuse@geekydigital.cloud. Include the affected IP or service, UTC timestamps, a description and relevant evidence. Do not send passwords, unnecessary personal information or executable payloads. Customers can also use their support tickets to discuss a report.
We assess the report and may ask the customer for an explanation or corrective action. Where it is safe to do so, we explain the concern and the action needed before imposing a restriction. An immediate threat can require containment before notice. We then communicate the reason and the available review process unless a legal restriction prevents disclosure.
Review and outcomes
You can request human review through support or the abuse address and provide evidence that the issue is resolved or the report is incorrect. Responses can include lifting a restriction, retaining a proportionate safeguard or terminating a service where necessary to address a serious or unresolved violation. We communicate the decision and the effect on the service.
A report, automated flag or temporary restriction does not automatically forfeit wallet funds or override refund rights. Billing adjustments and refunds are handled separately under the Terms and applicable law. This policy does not promise a fixed support response time or create an undisclosed financial penalty.
